How do raffles work?
Each raffle has a set number of tickets at a fixed price. Buy as many as you want — when the timer runs out, one ticket is drawn at random. That ticket wins. Simple as that.
How do I know if I've won?
We'll email you straight away and it'll show up on your Past Wins page. We also post winners on our socials.
Can I get a refund on tickets?
No. All ticket purchases are final. You're buying a chance to win — that's the deal.
What is the cash alternative?
Every prize has a cash value listed. If you win, you pick: take the prize or take the cash. Your call.
How do I top up my balance?
Hit Top Up Balance in the menu. We take Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Funds land instantly.
When do raffles end?
Each raffle has a countdown. Once it hits zero, the draw happens automatically within 24 hours. No delays.
How many tickets can I buy?
As many as you want, up to the total available. More tickets = better odds. No limits per person.
How do I claim my prize?
We'll contact you by email within 48 hours of the draw. You choose prize or cash, confirm your details, and we ship it out or transfer the funds.
